Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, and the 2nd Battalion of the 8358th Unit signed a business agreement to share video information from the integrated CCTV control center.

Through this agreement, the 2nd Battalion of the 8358th Unit will be able to utilize video information from over 1,100 CCTVs operated by the Goseong-gun CCTV integrated control center for regional security purposes such as integrated defense training, government drills, ROK-US joint exercises, and terrorism incidents.
The unit can now share real-time video with the battalion command and control room for disaster, emergency, and rescue situations that require on-site verification or situation management.
The military announced that it plans to expand the linkage between the smart city safety network service and the military operation control and training support services in the smart city integrated platform construction project to be implemented this year.
