Jeil Pharma Holdings, Anti-Corruption Management 'ISO 37001' Re-Certification
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Jeil Pharma Holdings announced on the 30th that it, along with its affiliates Jeil Yakpum and Jeil Health Science, has been re-certified with the international anti-corruption management system standard 'ISO 37001' by the international certification body Korea Compliance Institute (KCI).
ISO 37001 is an international standard for anti-corruption management systems, managed through annual surveillance audits. To renew the certification, a strict evaluation equivalent to the initial audit must be passed every three years.
Jeil Pharma Holdings has established and operates an anti-corruption management system including risk diagnosis and assessment, internal auditor training, setting anti-corruption goals, and monitoring. Additionally, it conducts ongoing education to eradicate corrupt practices and ensure compliance with related laws, while reflecting the operation and compliance of the anti-corruption system in personnel evaluations.
