Exchange Donates Sponsorship Funds to Support Youth Growth in Busan
The Korea Exchange held a sponsorship fund delivery ceremony for the youth growth support project of child care facilities and group homes in the Busan area at its Busan headquarters on the 29th. The Korea Exchange National Happiness Foundation announced on the 29th that it delivered 100 million KRW in sponsorship funds to the Busan Metropolitan City Child Protection and Independence Support Center and the Busan Metropolitan City Group Home Support Center at the Korea Exchange headquarters in Nam-gu, Busan, to support the healthy growth of youth in child care facilities and group homes.
Attending the delivery ceremony were Ahn Chun-yeop, Secretary General of the National Happiness Foundation, Shim Ju-young, Director of the Busan Metropolitan City Child Protection and Independence Support Center, and Ha Ji-young, Director of the Busan Metropolitan City Group Home Support Center.
Since 2019, the foundation has been conducting integrated support projects for learning, emotional, and independence for group home youth, and from this year, it has decided to expand these projects to child care facilities. Through this, they plan to jointly promote projects that provide a stable foundation for independence and support healthy growth tailored to the characteristics of youth.
