Korea Investment Value Asset Management Launches New VITA MZ Consumer Active ETF
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Korea Investment Value Asset Management, a renowned value investment firm, has launched its first Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF).
Korea Investment Value Asset Management, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 29th that it has newly listed the 'VITA MZ Consumption Active ETF.'
This product is the first ETF in Korea related to the consumption trends of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z). It benchmarks the FnGuide MZ Consumption Index and focuses on selecting and investing intensively in leading consumer companies favored by the MZ generation with high growth potential.
The portfolio consists of 50 stocks including LG Household & Health Care, NAVER, Pearl Abyss, Kakao, and HYBE. Stocks are classified according to the FnGuide Industry Classification Standard (FICS) into sectors such as durable consumer goods & apparel, consumer services, media, distribution, food & beverage, household goods, and software. Among these, investment stocks were finally selected by scoring keywords related to MZ generation consumption.
