Pulmuone Launches 'Tanggeul Eomuk Garaetteok Tteokbokki'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Pulmuone Foods announced on the 29th that it has launched 'Tanggeul Eomuk Garaetteok Tteokbokki'.
Tanggeul Eomuk Garaetteok Tteokbokki features chewy garaetteok that fits perfectly in one bite and the chewy, thick texture of eomuk. The garaetteok is made using Pulmuone's patented 'double extrusion method,' which maximizes its soft and chewy texture. The double extrusion method pushes the rice cake out under high pressure and cooks it twice to create a dense texture. Its short and thick size allows it to be eaten in one bite, filling the mouth with texture. The large eomuk blends well with the tteokbokki, enhancing the original taste of the fish cake and its chewy texture.
The sauce has a mild spiciness level 1, suitable even for children. The broth is made by simmering six kinds of domestic vegetables: napa cabbage, radish, garlic, onion, green onion, and ginger. Unlike existing tteokbokki products designed for two servings, this product increases the rice cake by 100g and is offered as a three-serving portion.
