According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low temperature on the 28th is forecasted to be between -4 and 6℃, and the daytime high temperature between 11 and 16℃. The temperature difference between day and night will be around 15℃ mainly inland, so caution is needed for health management.
Fine dust concentration will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Strong winds will blow in the Gangwon mountain areas and some island regions until dawn, so attention should be paid to facility management and safety accidents.
Very strong winds and high waves are expected until the morning in the offshore areas of the West Sea, the western offshore areas of the South Sea, the seas around Jeju Island, and the offshore areas of the East Sea, so ships navigating or fishing should be especially cautious.
Wave heights in the nearshore seas will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
