Nongshim, 1st Anniversary Memorial Ceremony for the Late Chairman Shin Chun-ho
A memorial ceremony is being held in front of the bust of the late Chairman Shin Chun-ho, set up at the Nongshim headquarters in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Nongshim announced on the 27th that it held a memorial ceremony and unveiled a bust of the late Chairman Shin Chun-ho at Nongshim headquarters in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, to mark the first anniversary of his passing.
The event was attended by 30 people, including family members and key executives of Nongshim. Nongshim opened an online memorial hall on the company bulletin board to allow employees to once again reflect on the late chairman's will and share their condolences.
A Nongshim official said, "In accordance with the family's wish to hold the event simply and modestly, we commemorated the late chairman quietly with a minimal scale."

The late Chairman Shin Chun-ho passed away at the age of 92 on March 27 last year. He founded Nongshim in 1965 and developed products such as Shin Ramyun, Chapagetti, and Shrimp Crackers. Shin Ramyun is exported to over 100 countries worldwide and is recognized as a "diplomat of Korean food."
