Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongbuk, to Operate 'Visiting Agricultural Machinery Mobile Repair Service' Starting April
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Gyeongsan City, Gyeongbuk Province, is implementing a mobile agricultural machinery repair and education service to alleviate inconveniences faced by local farmers and prevent safety accidents.
The city will operate a customized mobile agricultural machinery repair service twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from April to October, focusing on repair centers and remote villages, to address the increase in agricultural machinery supply and revitalize the sluggish agricultural economy.
The mobile education service, which was temporarily suspended in March due to the spread of COVID-19, will resume in April to minimize the management burden on farmers and assist with spring farming operations.
