Subscription Applications for 3,248 Households Nationwide in the Fifth Week of March... Gyeonggi Region Accounts for 70%
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] According to real estate research firm Real Today, in the fifth week of March, a total of 3,248 households (including officetels, rental, and private pre-sale subscriptions, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 9 locations nationwide.
More than half (69.58%) of next week's supply is concentrated in Gyeonggi Province. Including the 5th private pre-sale, a total of 2,260 households will be supplied. This private pre-sale will be conducted in two complexes in Osan Segyo 2 District, totaling 1,573 households.
Model houses such as ‘Hwaseong Bibong Yemiji Central Edu’ and ‘Hoban Summit The City’ among 10 locations are scheduled to open. On the 25th, the model house of ‘Yangsan Hanshin The Hue’ opened. Winner announcements will be held at 13 locations, and contracts will be conducted at 14 locations.
On the 29th, Daewoo Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for the relevant area for ‘Anyang Station Prugio The Shop,’ located at 97-3 Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 21 buildings, from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 37 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 41 to 99㎡, offering 687 households for general sale.
On the 1st of next month, Geumseong Baekjo Construction plans to open the model house for ‘Hwaseong Bibong Yemiji Central Edu,’ built on B-3 block in Hwaseong Bibong District, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 10 buildings from 1 basement floor to 25 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 76 and 84㎡, totaling 917 households. Adjacent to the site are kindergarten and elementary school sites, and a middle school is planned within walking distance. Additionally, there is a neighborhood park right behind the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment.

On the same day, Hoban Group’s construction affiliate Hoban Industry will open the model house for ‘Hoban Summit The City,’ supplied at 650-2 Daeya-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi Province (Eungye District Commercial 2-3 Block), and begin full-scale sales. It consists of one building from 5 basement floors to 10 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 30 to 58㎡, comprising 269 officetel units and 32 commercial facilities.
