MyRealTrip Sees 1200% Surge in Users Searching for Overseas Destinations Without Quarantine
Overseas Travel Search Volume Rises 13-Fold... Airfare Bookings Increase by 1100%

The number of users of MyRealTrip's 'quarantine-free overseas travel destination' search service increased by 1200% compared to the previous week. Accordingly, searches for airline tickets, accommodations, activities, and tickets are also significantly increasing. Among quarantine-free overseas travel destinations, popular regions were Guam, Thailand, Saipan, Hawaii, Vietnam, Singapore, Spain, the United States, the Philippines, and France. Among these, Guam, Thailand, Hawaii, Vietnam, and Singapore saw search volumes increase by more than 500% immediately after the quarantine lifting announcements.
Since September last year, MyRealTrip has been operating a quarantine-free overseas travel destination search service that provides COVID-19 related information for major travel destinations worldwide. The service updates the latest travel information daily, offering country-specific travel conditions and preparation details so customers can easily understand them at a glance. For currently restricted travel areas such as Japan and Hong Kong, users can receive real-time updates through alarm settings.
Since March, MyRealTrip's airline ticket reservations have surged by 1100% compared to the same period last year, increasing by 170% weekly. On MyRealTrip, 32% of all airline ticket purchasers also buy accommodations or other products together, representing a high proportion. MyRealTrip recently acquired the premium kids travel platform 'Dongki,' accelerating the strengthening of domestic and international family travel products.
