Please Deliver One Language Course! ... Gijang-gun Recruiting Students for 'Our Neighborhood Delivery Course' Online Education
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Gijang-gun is recruiting students for the '2022 First Half Our Neighborhood Delivery Lectures' from the 21st to the 25th.
Our Neighborhood Delivery Lectures is a lifelong learning program that supports lectures at the time and place desired by learners without restrictions of time and space.
The first half lectures include 50 courses in the fields of ▲Education & Academics ▲Health ▲Languages ▲Arts ▲Computer & Communication ▲Home & Life, and will be held for 10 weeks from April 11 to June 17.
All courses will be conducted as non-face-to-face online classes to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Applicants must be residents of Gijang-gun aged 19 or older who can participate in real-time video classes. A group of at least 7 learners must be formed to apply.
By referring to the instructor status on the Gijang-gun lifelong learning website, students select instructors capable of online classes, and the student representative applies for the delivery lecture. Lectures will be opened in order of highest scores according to the scoring criteria table.
A county official said, "We expect to provide lifelong learning opportunities more broadly to local residents through delivery lectures," and added, "We will do our best to make it easy and convenient for residents to access various lifelong learning courses."
