[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] On the 18th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon will hold a farewell ceremony for Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs Kim Do-sik at Seoul City Hall.
Mayor Oh will present a plaque of appreciation and deliver words of encouragement to the Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs, who has done his best for the citizens of Seoul and is now stepping down.
Considering the COVID-19 situation, only a small number of people including Mayor Oh, heads of offices, headquarters, and bureaus will attend the farewell ceremony.
Deputy Mayor Kim is a close aide to Ahn Cheol-soo, chairman of the Presidential Transition Committee, and was appointed as a member of the Social Welfare and Culture Subcommittee of President-elect Yoon Seok-youl’s transition committee the day before.
