765 Companies Including POSCO Chemical Scheduled to Hold General Meetings in the Fourth Week of March
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Korea Securities Depository announced on the 18th that a total of 765 companies are scheduled to hold their regular general meetings of shareholders between the fourth week of March (March 21 to March 27).
By market, 354 companies including POSCO Chemical, S-OIL, SeAH Steel, Hanwha Investment & Securities, and Korean Air will hold their shareholder meetings in the KOSPI market, while 402 companies such as POSCO M-TECH, TES, and VICT will hold theirs in the KOSDAQ market. In the KONEX market, 9 companies including Luxpia are preparing for their shareholder meetings.
In particular, a total of 362 companies are expected to hold their regular general meetings on the 25th. On this day, companies such as HiteJinro and Daewon Industry have announced their regular shareholder meetings.
