Gochang-gun Selected as an 'Excellent Institution' in Jeonbuk's Business-Friendly Evaluation

[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk, secured an incentive of 10 million won after being selected as an excellent institution in the ‘Making Jeonbuk a Good Place for Business’ evaluation promoted by Jeonbuk Province to create a business-friendly environment.

According to the county on the 17th, this evaluation was conducted by comprehensively assessing the performance of 16 items, including the establishment of a dedicated window for resolving corporate difficulties, discovery of excellent corporate support policies, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises, targeting 14 cities and counties in Jeonbuk Province.

The county received high evaluations in ▲active corporate attraction ▲customized corporate support services ▲discovery and implementation performance of excellent policies ▲establishment of a dedicated window for resolving corporate difficulties ▲and the interest level of the head of the institution.

In particular, to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, practical corporate support was promoted, including ▲interest subsidy and small and medium enterprise environment improvement projects ▲operation of a dedicated window for resolving corporate difficulties ▲corporate specialized education ▲promotion of corporate meetings ▲operation of the Nopul Gochang online shopping mall ▲maintenance of aging industrial complexes ▲and operation of the Gochang-gun Local Job Center.

This award, along with the ‘Excellent Institution for Investment Attraction in Jeollabuk-do’ and ‘Excellent Institution for Job Policy in Jeollabuk-do’ awards received for three consecutive years, has established a solid image of ‘Gochang as a Good Place for Business.’
