ABL Life, Employee Lecture on 'Digital Transformation and Changes in the Financial Paradigm'
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] ABL Life announced on the 17th that it held an online morning lecture for its employees with Professor Seungyoon Lee, a digital cultural psychologist and a marketing professor at Konkuk University, on the theme of "Digital Transformation and Changes in the Financial Paradigm."
The "Morning Lecture" is an employee capacity-building program in which ABL Life opens a lecture once a month at 8 a.m. to provide special lectures by experts in various fields.
Professor Lee explained the changes in the financial market due to digital transformation, customer experience innovation strategies, and marketing trends by citing various corporate cases.
Professor Lee emphasized that in order for companies to gain competitiveness in the digital transformation era, "they must change the basic approach and the way they construct communication strategies with consumers."
He stated, "Imagination that makes technology more valuable is necessary," adding, "Companies need to redefine their business and draw a picture where they take the lead themselves. To secure young customers, new digital platforms such as the metaverse must be actively utilized."
