Yogiyo Introduces 'One-Day Interview' for All R&D Positions... "Expanding Organization to 1,000 Members"

Yogiyo introduced measures such as 'document review within 48 hours' and 'one-day interviews,' where all interviews are conducted in a single day, reducing the time required from application to final acceptance. In particular, with the introduction of the one-day interview, experienced applicants can complete all interview stages with just a half-day leave.
With this revamp, Yogiyo's recruitment process?from document submission to online coding tests and interviews?is expected to be completed within a maximum of 10 days.
Currently, Yogiyo's R&D center is conducting large-scale recruitment across all fields. To establish differentiated technological competitiveness unique to Yogiyo, they are hiring for all positions within the R&D center, including ▲backend developers ▲product owners (PO) ▲data scientists ▲designers, accelerating efforts to secure IT talent.
