[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] The hearing procedure regarding the preliminary administrative disposition to cancel the admission of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk's daughter to the Pusan National University School of Medicine has been completed. The cancellation of Cho's admission is now awaiting only the final decision from Pusan National University.
According to Pusan National University on the 11th, the hearing officer conducting the preliminary administrative disposition to cancel Cho's admission to the medical school completed the hearing procedure in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act and submitted the hearing opinion report to the university headquarters on the 8th.
Pusan National University stated that the contents of the submitted hearing opinion report cannot be disclosed.
The university headquarters of Pusan National University will review the hearing opinion report and then decide on the final disposition regarding Cho after going through the university's deliberation procedures and processes.
The hearing officer held two closed hearings on January 20 and February 25 regarding the preliminary administrative disposition to cancel Cho's admission to the medical school.
It is known that Cho did not attend either of the two hearings.

Pusan National University announced the preliminary administrative disposition to cancel Cho's admission to the medical school on August 24 of last year and has been conducting the hearing procedure by appointing a hearing officer through an external agency on December 8.
