Announcement of Additional Appointments to the Secretary Office of the President-Elect
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jun-yi] Lee Cheol-gyu, a member of the People Power Party, has been appointed as the Chief Secretary to President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol. Park Soo-young, a member of the National Assembly, and Lee Do-hoon, former head of the Brand Experience Solutions Division at Cheil Worldwide, have been appointed as Special Advisors.
Kim Eun-hye, spokesperson for the President-elect, announced additional appointments to the President-elect’s secretariat in a notice on the 11th. These include advisors responsible for political affairs and government launch preparation support, as well as team leaders in charge of political planning and support.
Lee, a two-term lawmaker who served as Deputy Head of Strategic Planning at the Election Headquarters, was appointed as Chief Secretary. The Special Advisors positions are held by first-term lawmaker Park and former division head Lee.

Jung Hee-yong, who served as Deputy Director of the General Situation Room at the Election Headquarters, was appointed as Political Affairs Team 1 Leader. Lee Sang-hwi, former Planning Director of the Candidate’s Secretariat, was appointed as Political Affairs Team 2 Leader, and Lee Yong, former Executive Director of the Election Headquarters’ Executive Office, was appointed as Executive Team Leader.
