The Korea Standards Association cited Shinhan Bank's innovative service 'Ttaenggyeoyo,' which focuses on mutual growth, and its leading digital transformation (DT) in the financial sector as the reasons for the award.
Shinhan Bank also explained that it has been recognized for various service quality achievements by the Korea Standards Association, including induction into the Korea Service Awards Hall of Fame and ranking first in the Premium Brand Index for 14 consecutive years.
