Gimhae City Rapidly Delivers Rapid Antigen Test Kits to 3,660 Pregnant Women
Quick Service of 10 Items Per Person, Then Distribution at Administrative Welfare Centers
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, will deliver COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits to pregnant women.
A total of 3,660 pregnant women vulnerable to the COVID-19 Omicron variant infection will be supported with 10 kits per person, allowing use twice a week for 5 weeks.
Starting from the 14th, quick service will deliver kits to the residences of 1,437 pregnant women registered at public health centers, and the second batch will be distributed at the Eup, Myeon, and Dong administrative welfare centers.
After the 23rd, according to the Public Procurement Service's delivery schedule, recipients will be able to visit their local Eup, Myeon, and Dong administrative welfare centers to pick up the kits in order.
Pregnant women should bring their ID and documents verifying pregnancy, such as a pregnancy confirmation certificate or maternity handbook, when visiting the administrative welfare center.
If a family member such as a spouse, direct ascendant, or sibling visits on their behalf, documents verifying pregnancy, ID, and a family relationship certificate are required.
