It is a 5-minute walk from Guui Station on Line 2. The KT site near Guui Station and the Dong Seoul Terminal development site are nearby. Transportation access is also convenient with proximity to Jamsil Bridge, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Olympic-daero.
‘The Opera Seocho Harrington Tower,’ scheduled for sale this month by Hyosung Heavy Industries, will be built with 20 floors above ground and 7 basement levels, comprising a total of 266 units with exclusive areas ranging from 58 to 63㎡. It is within walking distance of Seocho Station on Line 2, Nambu Bus Terminal Station on Line 3, and Gyodae Station on Lines 2 and 3.
