Increasing Demand for Enjoying Outdoor Picnics Too
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Luxury hotels are launching room packages that include a one-night stay and afternoon tea to-go products, perfect for enjoying outdoor picnics as spring arrives. Amid the ongoing COVID-19 situation, demand is increasing as guests can safely enjoy afternoon tea sets in private spaces and also create a special atmosphere during outdoor picnics.

Riding on this popularity, the hotel recently launched an afternoon tea set package. The "Royal High Tea To-go" package, themed around strawberries, includes a one-night stay in a Junior Suite and an early check-in benefit at 2 PM. Most notably, it offers 11 types of tea foods such as strawberry & yuzu tart, green tea raspberry cake, strawberry banana pudding, spicy pollack roe avocado grill, bikini sandwich, and scallop with cauliflower pur?e, all packed in a dedicated to-go box. Pickup is available at the 1st-floor Lobby Lounge & Bar from 2 PM to 5 PM, and the package is on sale until the end of May.
