IBK Industrial Bank, 150 New Employees Recruited in First Half of the Year

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 10th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the first half of 2022. The scale of the recruitment in the first half is 150 people, which is an increase of 50 compared to the combined recruitment in the first and second halves of last year.
The bank will accept applications from today until the 29th, followed by document screening, written tests, practical and interview exams, and will announce the final successful candidates in June. The recruitment fields are divided into general finance, digital, and specialized global finance sectors.
Starting this year, to select flexible and diverse talents, the specialized finance and global sectors have been integrated, and the regional talent recruitment, which was previously divided into five regions, is now categorized into three regions: ▲Yeongnam area ▲Chungcheong and Gangwon area ▲Honam and Jeju area.
Additionally, IBK plans to continue strengthening socially inclusive recruitment through separate screening for veterans and a disability preference system.
The bank stated, "In the rapidly changing digital financial environment, ethical awareness for customer trust has become even more important," adding, "Not only job competency but also personality will be important evaluation factors."
