Before full implementation, an on-site survey regarding the operation types of general restaurants and the number of diners in the industrial complex area will be conducted until the 18th.
80 locations will be selected to diagnose the hygiene status and contamination of business sites from March to October, provide expert consulting, and support improvements in hygiene supplies and kitchen environments through three repeated on-site monitoring visits per establishment.
All 315 company collective catering sites and 252 consigned catering companies will undergo comprehensive hygiene inspections focusing on compliance with hygienic handling standards and cooking facilities, and customized on-site training will be conducted to address deficiencies.
