Daegu Seongseo Police Station announced on the 9th that Mr. A (59) was booked without detention on charges of violating the Outdoor Advertising Act.
Mr. A is accused of hanging a banner on his truck in front of a girls' high school in Dalseo-gu around 3 p.m. the previous day, which read, "Looking for women aged 13 to 20 to have children and take care of a rough 60-year-old grandfather living alone as a sacrificial species." Below the banner, a phone number presumed to be Mr. A's contact information was also listed.
The police, who responded to the report at the time, warned Mr. A, but he reportedly moved the truck from the school's main gate to the back gate. Eventually, the police arrested Mr. A in flagrante delicto.
