DB Insurance "Record High 'One Team' Registrations in Digital Innovation Activities"
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] DB Insurance announced on the 10th that a total of 125 teams registered for the ‘One Team’ autonomous innovation activity for employees by the deadline of the 4th, marking the highest number ever.
DB Insurance’s ‘One Team’ is an autonomous innovation organization under the motto of field, autonomy, and creativity, where employees autonomously select important field-centered issues and solve them creatively.
A total of 656 employees participated in ‘One Team,’ and after researching and executing their activity topics until October, the final 10 teams will compete in a contest following a preliminary review. The CEO and executives will conduct the final evaluation and select the grand prize team, which will receive an overseas training worth approximately 20 million KRW as a prize.
Outstanding teams from ‘One Team’ have achieved results for five consecutive years by winning 8 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze awards at the ‘National Quality Control Circle Competition,’ sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korea Standards Association.
