LH Operates 'Recruitment Lounge' Counseling Space to Support Youth Employment
LH Experiential Internship, Counseling Space Established for Previous Region Talent and Job Seekers

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] LH announced on the 7th that it has opened a counseling space called ‘LH Recruitment Lounge’ to support youth employment and will begin operating full-scale counseling programs.
The ‘LH Recruitment Lounge’ is a place where recruitment specialist counselors provide LH-tailored employment support services. This is the first time a public enterprise has operated a counseling space and services to support youth employment.
The program consists of △Basic Counseling △Application Form Clinic △Interview Clinic △Mock Interview.
In the ‘Basic Counseling’ program, individual status such as desired support field, held certifications, and career details are identified, and counseling is conducted according to the content desired by the counselor, such as recruitment procedures and application directions.
In the ‘Application Form Clinic’ program, correction and editing of documents necessary for job applications, such as self-introduction letters, are conducted. Bringing a self-introduction letter is mandatory, and if there is no written self-introduction letter, counseling on how to write a self-introduction letter for the desired company is also possible.
In the ‘Interview Clinic’ program, △answer composition for frequently asked questions in personality and job interviews △1-minute self-introduction practice △personalized image making △learning interview etiquette are conducted.
The ‘Mock Interview’ program focuses on strengthening participants’ interview skills through mock interviews such as 2:1 sessions.
The lounge is located in Jinju City, Gyeongsangnam-do, and program participation is possible through prior reservation. LH plans to pilot operate the recruitment lounge until the end of June, analyze its effectiveness and improvement plans, and decide on the operation period and scale. Meanwhile, LH is currently conducting recruitment procedures for 250 new employees and 600 experiential interns for 2022.
