Gwangju Jeonnam Small and Medium Business Administration Provides 50 Million Won Voucher Support to Innovative Manufacturing SMEs
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration is recruiting demand companies for the '1st Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Voucher Project' to enhance the competitiveness of local manufacturing SMEs from the 7th to the 23rd.
This project provides consulting, technical support, and marketing services to support management innovation of manufacturing SMEs, divided into 'General Voucher' and 'Carbon Neutral Management Innovation Voucher'.
The General Voucher has newly established two service programs this year, ESG and IP consulting, to strengthen SMEs' proactive response capabilities to rapidly changing management environments.
ESG refers to management activities in terms of Environment (E), Social (S), and Governance (G). As demands for related management adoption expand, a consulting program has been established to support ESG level diagnosis and management improvement strategies.
IP refers to intellectual property rights. Due to the increased risk of patent disputes, a consulting program has been established to support dispute IP analysis and avoidance design, as well as joint response to IP disputes.
The support target is manufacturing small enterprises with an average sales of 12 billion KRW or less over the past three years. Companies in the Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeju regions classified as ▲regional key industries ▲upstream and downstream companies of regional key industries ▲first-step companies (companies without past support history) can receive preferential treatment in document screening upon submission of relevant proof documents.
Interested companies can apply for up to three services, one from each of the three fields: consulting, technical support, and marketing, among 18 services.
Selected companies can receive differential support of 50-90% of the voucher issuance amount according to the average sales scale over three years, up to a maximum of 50 million KRW per company, and can use it for one year from the date of agreement.
The Carbon Neutral Management Innovation Voucher will be promoted as in the previous year. The support target is manufacturing small enterprises with an average sales of 12 billion KRW or less over the past three years, with a focus on companies in high carbon emission industries.
Interested companies must apply for the carbon neutral management innovation consulting program with a minimum of 10 million KRW in the consulting and technical support fields among six services. In the technical support field, companies can select and apply for desired programs within the support limit.
