LH to Supply a Total of 420 Public Rental Housing Units in Jeonnam in the First Half of This Year
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters announced that it will supply a total of 420 rental housing units to Yeonggwang-gun and Yeongam-gun in the first half of 2022.
The supply scale by region is 300 units of Yeonggwang Danju (Happy Housing) and 120 units of Yeongam Haksan (Happy, National, and Permanent Rental Housing).
'Happy Housing' is supplied to young groups (college students, youth, newlyweds, etc.) and housing-vulnerable groups (housing benefit recipients, elderly), and 'National Rental Housing' is provided to non-homeowners who meet income and asset requirements at affordable rental conditions at 60-80% of the surrounding market price.
Also, 'Permanent Rental Housing' is supplied at 30% of the market price to vulnerable groups such as national veterans and basic livelihood security recipients to ensure housing stability.
Yeonggwang Danju is located in Danju-ri 392-1, Yeonggwang-eup, Yeonggwang-gun, scheduled for completion in the second half of 2023, and consists of four types with exclusive areas of 22㎡, 26㎡, 36㎡, and 44㎡.
The 22㎡ units are supplied with built-in appliances such as refrigerators and gas cooktops to support housing for the youth group, and some 26㎡ units (16 units) will be supplied for elderly people aged 65 or older with mobility difficulties. In addition, small libraries and cooperative cafes will be installed as resident convenience facilities within the complex.
Within a radius of 0.5 km from the complex, there are 8 bus stops, and within 10 km, there is access to the Seohaean Expressway, providing excellent transportation accessibility. Within a 3 km radius, there are convenient living conditions such as large general hospitals.
Yeongam Haksan is located in Dokcheon-ri 1266-2, Haksan-myeon, Yeongam-gun, scheduled for completion in the second half of 2023, and is a mixed complex consisting of 18 Happy Housing units (16㎡, 36㎡, 46㎡), 82 National Rental units (29㎡, 33㎡, 46㎡), and 20 Permanent Rental units (26㎡).
Within the complex, customized resident convenience facilities such as a communal laundry for single-person households and a moms' lounge for households with children will be installed considering the residents.
Within a radius of 0.5 km from the complex, there are elementary, middle, and high schools, an agricultural counseling center, and a developed alleyway commercial district where a five-day market is held. Also, Jangjeongsan Mountain is adjacent, boasting excellent natural scenery.
