Korea Railroad to Hire 1,290 New Employees in the First Half of This Year
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced on the 28th that it will publicly recruit 1,290 new employees in the first half of this year.
The recruitment fields include 1,140 general public recruitment, 50 veterans under social equity hiring, and 100 persons with disabilities, with job categories divided into six areas: office sales, driving, vehicles, civil engineering, architecture, and electrical communication.
The number of recruits by job category (general public recruitment + veterans and persons with disabilities) is 353 for office sales, 201 for driving, 288 for vehicles, 240 for civil engineering, 68 for architecture, and 140 for electrical communication.
Applications can be submitted online only through the Korea Railroad website from 2 PM on the 11th to 2 PM on the 15th of next month.
KORAIL plans to select the final successful candidates through document screening, written tests, and interviews.
