Incheon Urban Corporation, Recruiting Preliminary Tenants for Existing Housing Purchase Rental
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Housing Corporation (iH) will recruit prospective tenants for 'existing housing purchase rental housing' from the 15th to the 18th of next month to stabilize the housing life of low-income groups.
The existing housing purchase rental project is a housing welfare project in which iH purchases and manages newly built multi-family houses and rents them at affordable prices to housing-vulnerable groups residing in Incheon.
Since 2016, a total of 1,964 households have been purchased, and this year, 1,000 households are planned to be newly purchased and supplied.
This prospective tenant recruitment announcement is to select tenants for houses newly purchased last year and vacant houses created by tenants who previously lived there moving out. A total of 900 households will be recruited to move into purchased rental housing located in Namdong-gu, Michuhol-gu, Seo-gu, Jung-gu, and Dong-gu.
Applicants must be household members without a home residing in Incheon, including livelihood and medical benefit recipients, single-parent families, persons with disabilities, and housing-vulnerable groups with an average monthly urban worker income of 50% or less.
Applications can be submitted at the administrative welfare center of the resident registration address, and the announcement of tenants will be made sequentially through the iH Corporation website after the end of May.
