DL Construction "Plans to Supply About 10,000 Households Nationwide This Year"

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL Construction announced on the 27th that it will start housing sales this year beginning with ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Granluce’ this month.
The total number of households supplied by DL Construction this year is 11,063, of which DL Construction's share is 9,536 households. Among the total units for sale, 8,339 are general sale units. The planned sales areas this year total 16 locations, consisting of 9 in the metropolitan area and 7 outside the metropolitan area.
In the metropolitan area, sales are planned in regions such as △Anseong-si, Gyeonggi △Siheung-si, Gyeonggi △Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi △Yongin-si, Gyeonggi. Major sales areas outside the metropolitan area include △Ulju-gun, Ulsan △Jecheon-si, Chungbuk △Dong-gu, Busan. The sales plan for this year is subject to change depending on circumstances.
First, DL Construction’s ‘first sale site’ of the year, e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Granluce, consists of a total of 1,370 households and is currently being sold this month. The project site consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with units sized 67 to 116㎡. Most units are designed mainly as 4-bay and slab-type layouts. Additionally, all units are oriented mainly southward.
Scheduled for sale in April, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Siheung Janghyeon First Avenue’ will be a multi-family housing complex of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground within the Siheung Janghyeon Public Housing District (B-10) in Gyeonggi. It is a ‘private participation multi-family housing project’ jointly conducted by DL Construction and Siheung Urban Corporation, consisting of 431 public sale housing units.
e-Pyeonhansesang Siheung Janghyeon First Avenue offers easy access to Seoul and the entire southwestern Gyeonggi region via Siheung-daero and the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway. Within a 700m radius, there are the Seohae Line and the Sinansan Line (scheduled to open in 2024).
Additionally, the Incheon Bupyeong 2 District Housing Redevelopment Project is another notable sales complex this year. The project site is located in Bupyeong 2-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and will consist of a multi-family housing complex of 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, totaling 1,500 households.
