Russia Denies Attacking Civilian Facilities... Civilian Casualties Mount in Ukraine

According to reports from the US CNN and others on the 25th (local time), the international human rights organization Amnesty stated that Russian forces indiscriminately attacked civilian areas including eastern Donetsk and targeted protected facilities such as hospitals.
Amnesty claimed that 4 civilians were killed and more than 10 were injured in these attacks.

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, said on Twitter, "Russia's attacks on kindergartens and nurseries are war crimes and violations of the Rome Statute. We are collecting these facts with the Prosecutor General's Office and will immediately send them to The Hague. Accountability is unavoidable."
Lyudmyla Denisova, Ukraine's Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, stated, "Due to severe shelling of the nursery in the Borzel village of Kyiv, two buildings were damaged, and the lives and health of 51 children are at risk. Among them, 15 are infants, and 3 children are in serious condition."
