According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, four Korean nationals who were having difficulties departing near the Moldova border used rental vehicles provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Romania to leave for Romania.
Among the 63 people currently staying, 19 are moving toward the Polish (5 people) or Romanian (14 people) borders. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that their movement speed continues to slow due to severe traffic congestion. Three residents who moved to Poland are waiting at the border checkpoint, and two have reserved morning trains to Medyka, Poland. Three residents heading to Romania are located 100 km from the border, eight are 170 km away, and three are 320 km away. Additionally, non-essential diplomatic personnel who departed Kyiv the previous morning reached a point 170 km from the Romanian border along with six residents.
Meanwhile, 19 residents are planning to depart soon, and the number of those wishing to remain, initially 28, has decreased to 25 as three joined the departure group.
