UN Ambassador Juyuen: "Putin's Hand Is on the Trigger"
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] Barbara Woodward, the UK Ambassador to the United Nations, urged on the 24th (local time) not to launch a full-scale invasion, saying, "Russian President Vladimir Putin's finger is on the trigger."
At an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council held at the UN Headquarters in New York, USA, Woodward said, "Russia has had a gun pointed at Ukraine's head for several months."
