View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Hanwha Life announced on the 23rd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Galaxy Corporation to develop metaverse-based financial services and secure marketing content.
The signing ceremony held at the 63 Building in Yeouido, Seoul, was attended by Lee Changhee, Head of New Business Division at Hanwha Life, Choi Yongho, CEO of Galaxy Corporation, and other representatives from both companies.
Galaxy Corporation is a company specializing in entertainment IP (intellectual property) and metaverse content. This MOU marks the first agreement between a metaverse-specialized company and a life insurance company.
Through this MOU, Hanwha Life plans to provide metaverse-based marketing and differentiated customer services. In particular, it emphasized expectations to create future customers such as the MZ generation through metaverse IP collaboration.
