The selection process consists of document screening, first and second interview rounds, AI competency tests, and executive interviews. To hire integrated talents with financial and digital capabilities, preference is given to those holding relevant certifications and trainees of the Samsung Youth Software Academy (SSAFY).
Additionally, as part of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management to fulfill social responsibility, preference will be given to socially disadvantaged candidates. Specific targets include basic livelihood security recipients, low-income groups, children from multicultural families, persons with disabilities, and national veterans.
