On the 17th, the county announced that although a total of 242 public parking spaces were created in Yeongam-eup and Seong-e, Yeongam-eup, complaints from residents have been continuously received regarding inconvenience caused by long-term parked and abandoned vehicles.
Accordingly, on the fourth Wednesday of every month, a full survey of long-term parked vehicles in public parking lots will be conducted, and notices to move the vehicles will be issued; if ignored, towing measures will be taken.
In addition, active promotional activities such as posting banners before the intensive crackdown will be carried out simultaneously.
