Kumho Petrochemical "Mr. Park Cheolwan Files Injunction to Prohibit Voting Rights Exercise"
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Kumho Petrochemical announced on the 17th that a provisional injunction to prohibit the exercise of voting rights was filed with the Seoul Central District Court by Mr. Park Cheolwan on the 11th.
Mr. Park filed the provisional injunction to prohibit the exercise of voting rights for 171,847 common shares of Kumho Petrochemical held by OCI Corporation at the upcoming regular shareholders' meeting in March. Mr. Park is the nephew of Chairman Park Changgu and holds 8.5% of Kumho Petrochemical's shares.
