Yeonggwang-gun Recruiting Companies for 'Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project' Participation
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 17th that it is recruiting participating companies for the ‘Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project’ until the 4th of next month.
The Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project supports young people employed as regular workers in local small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to promote employment in regular jobs and encourage long-term employment, while also reducing the wage gap between large corporations and SMEs.
Eligible companies are those located in Yeonggwang with five or more employees insured under employment insurance, and that have newly hired or currently employ young people aged 18 to 39 residing in Yeonggwang as regular workers as of the application date.
The support funds are ▲1st year (Employment Incentive) total 5 million KRW (Youth 3 million, Company 2 million) ▲2nd year (Employment Retention) total 4.5 million KRW (Youth 3 million, Company 1.5 million) ▲3rd year (Continuous Employment Incentive) total 5.5 million KRW (Youth 4 million, Company 1.5 million) ▲4th year (Long-term Employment Incentive) total 5 million KRW (Youth 5 million), providing up to 20 million KRW per person over four years to both companies and youth.
Applications can be submitted by visiting the Job Creation Team of the Population and Job Policy Office at the county office in person with the application form and required documents posted on the county website under notices and announcements, or by mail or email.
