Using KTX, it takes about 40 minutes to Seoul Station, and using SRT, about 30 minutes to Suseo Station. Additionally, it is accessible within 2 hours to major cities nationwide, such as Busan in 110 minutes, Daegu in 70 minutes, and Gwangju in 70 minutes.
Using Subway Line 1 at Asan Station, travel to Seoul as well as cities in the Gyeonggi area is possible. Using Nambu-daero below the complex makes access to the Gyeongbu Expressway convenient.
Large-scale industrial complexes are located near the complex. These include Samsung Display Asan 1 Campus (20 minutes by car), Tangjeong General Industrial Complex (10 minutes by car), Asan Tangjeong Techno General Industrial Complex (10 minutes by car), and Hyundai Motor Asan Plant (40 minutes by car).
The lifestyle lodging facility is also notable for being a non-regulated product. Unlike typical apartments or officetels, it is subject to the Building Act rather than the Housing Act, making it relatively free from regulations on subscription, loans, and taxes, and it is not subject to the recently highlighted DSR regulations.
