Gwangju Seo-gu, Recruiting Students for 'Lifelong Learning Center Program' Until the 25th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 14th that it is recruiting students for the regular programs at the Dodeureum Seo-gu Lifelong Learning Center until the 25th.
This program plans to conduct both face-to-face and non-face-to-face education depending on the social distancing level.
The programs offered include a total of 22 courses in the fields of Humanities to Find Myself, Citizen Studies to Understand Us, Exciting and Fun Culture and Arts, Multiple Harvests Preparing for Tomorrow, and Seo-gu Studies to Find Village Treasures.
About 350 students will be recruited, and applications can be made through the Dodeureum Seo-gu Lifelong Learning Center website.
The tuition fee varies by program, ranging from free to 20,000 KRW, and material costs are borne individually.
A Seo-gu official said, “We plan to provide various lifelong education programs tailored to residents through face-to-face and non-face-to-face online classes suitable for the With-Corona era, to relieve stress and offer education anytime and anywhere, thereby improving the quality of life for residents.”
