The subscription rate for Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction's rights offering, which ended on the 11th, was 97.44%. The company planned to issue 82,872,900 shares at 13,850 KRW per share, allocating them preferentially to existing shareholders and offering any unsubscribed shares to the general public. Due to the undersubscription, approximately 2.12 million unsubscribed shares will be allocated to general shareholders.
