NS Home Shopping, Premium Kimchi '63 Restaurant Chef Kimchi' Broadcast
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] NS Home Shopping announced on the 14th that it will broadcast the premium kimchi '63 Restaurant Chef Kimchi' at 5:10 PM on the 15th.
'63 Restaurant Chef Kimchi' was made by the 'Dining Lab' operated by The Tastable, a food and beverage (F&B) specialized subsidiary of Hanwha Hotels & Resorts. It is also used in banquet halls along with 63 Restaurant Pavilion, Touch the Sky, Baekrihyang, and Shuchiku.
It was made using 63 Restaurant's differentiated Korean beef bone broth and 100% domestically sourced fresh agricultural products as basic ingredients. It is said to be made with carefully selected ingredients from across the country by chefs, including Yeoju powder for health, nutritious red pepper powder, Shinan sun-dried salt, Gangwon radish, Changnyeong garlic, Andong ginger, and Shinan salted shrimp. Mineral water from Gwangcheon enhances the freshness of the kimchi, and the Dining Lab's secret recipe prevents excessive fermentation over time.
The total weight is 10 kg, consisting of 8 kg of freshly made new kimchi and 2 kg of kimchi aged for about a week. An option to select only 2 kg of well-fermented kimchi is also available for single diners. For the 10 kg option, a 4,000 KRW discount is available when ordering automatically via ARS during the broadcast, and the 15% discount coupon from the 'Surprise Time Chance' offered on the NS Home Shopping mobile application (app) can be applied in combination.
