Yanolja Publishes '2021 Tourism and Hotel Business Analysis Report'
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Leisure platform company Yanolja announced on the 14th that it has published the ‘2021 Tourism and Hotel Business Management Analysis Report.’
Previously, Yanolja signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Kyung Hee University H&T Analytics Center and has been conducting joint research to explore balanced growth strategies for the platform economy. By combining Yanolja’s big data with the research capabilities of Kyung Hee University H&T Analytics Center, they are promoting collaboration to advance informatization in the industry.
This report is the first joint project between Yanolja and Kyung Hee University H&T Analytics Center. It was planned to build an information infrastructure for the industry and lay the foundation for overcoming the COVID-19 crisis. To this end, data from 68 domestic tourism corporations and 216 hotel companies over the past 10 years were analyzed.
The report presents key financial indicators for each company, including ▲financial ratios ▲causes of return on investment (ROI) fluctuations ▲cash flow ▲leverage ▲operational efficiency. It features an overview that allows for a comprehensive understanding of the profitability, growth, stability, and activity of tourism and hotel companies. Yanolja and Kyung Hee University H&T Analytics Center expect this report to provide objective indicators for establishing effective operational strategies amid a dynamic external environment.
