Daykema ISU President Promises Fair Competition Management
Lee Ki-heung, President of the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee, urged Jan Dijkema, President of the International Skating Union (ISU), to ensure fair judging. The Korean Sport & Olympic Committee reported on the 13th that Lee met with President Dijkema at the medal plaza in Beijing, China, during the medal ceremony for the women's 1000m short track event at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics held on the 12th. Expressing concerns about the short track judging at this competition, Lee requested fair judgments in the upcoming events. President Dijkema promised to ensure fair competition management. Meanwhile, at the ceremony, Lee presented medals to athletes including Choi Min-jung (Seongnam City Hall), who won the silver medal. President Dijkema presented a bouquet of flowers.
