CGV Becomes First in Screening Industry to Show Short-Form Content
Apink Special Movie: Hon Launches Alongside 'C Shot' Operation
CGV is the first in the screening industry to introduce short-form content. Starting with the release of 'Apink Special Movie: Hon' on the 23rd, they will operate 'C Short.' This special series was planned to reflect the recent trend of consuming and enjoying short content. Jo Jin-ho, CGV's content planning manager, said on the 11th, "The title 'C Short' means 'C(See), Short!' We aim to satisfy the MZ generation with short but powerful videos." 'Apink Special Movie: Hon' is a film looking back on the 10th anniversary of the group Apink. It includes the concert held on December 31 last year, the making process of the special album 'HORN,' and interviews. The running time is 26 minutes. It will be screened at twenty-six locations including Yongsan I'Park Mall, Konkuk University Entrance, Sinchon Artreon, Gwangju Terminal, Daegu Academy, Centum City, and Ulsan Samsan. The ticket price is 5,000 won. Jo said, "We plan to continue releasing 'C Short' content featuring various artists, not just Apink."
