Chairman Jo said, "Although insufficient, I have compiled over 30 years of volunteer work and legislative activities (four terms) practiced while living in Jung-gu into a single book titled 'Creating Hope for Tomorrow' (subtitle) 'Crossing Mountains and Rivers 50 Years Ago to Seoul Jung-gu'."
