Former Seoul City Councilor Shin Eon-geun to Hold 'Local Autonomy is the Future' Book Launch on the 12th from 1 to 4 PM at Gwanak-gu London Wedding Plaza
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Former Seoul City Council member Shin Eon-geun is holding a publication celebration for his book "Local Autonomy is the Future."
The event will take place on the 12th from 1 PM to 4 PM at London Wedding Plaza located in Gwanak-gu. Due to the increase in Omicron cases, the event will be held as a simple signing session and meeting with the author in a walk-through format without a separate ceremony.
There is great interest in this political essay by former council member Shin Eon-geun, which examines the reality and new changes of local autonomy and aims to realize grassroots democracy.
Author Shin Eon-geun, who served as a Seoul City Council member for the 8th and 9th terms and has lived in Gwanak-gu for over 40 years, conveys a hopeful message for the true realization of grassroots democracy based on his experience in this book.

Author Shin Eon-geun graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dankook University, earned a master's degree from Korea University Graduate School of Policy, and served as a Seoul City Council member for the 8th and 9th terms.
