[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The second preliminary administrative hearing for the cancellation of admission of Cho Min, daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, to the Pusan National University School of Medicine will be held on the 15th.
On the 7th, Pusan National University announced that it had recently sent a notice of the second hearing to Cho and her legal representative on the 28th of last month.
A university official stated, "The hearing is scheduled to take place within the university, and specific details such as the location and time are confidential. It is unknown whether the party involved, Cho, will attend."
According to the Administrative Procedures Act, if the hearing chairperson recognizes that sufficient statements of opinion from the parties, evidence investigation, submission of materials, and legal review have been conducted, the hearing procedure is concluded. The hearing record, the hearing chairperson’s opinion, and other related documents are submitted to the university headquarters.
The university headquarters will make a final decision based on the hearing results and notify Cho accordingly.
